How to bypass casino block in Poland

Why sites are blocked

The Polish regulator (Ministry of Finance / KAS) can order internet providers to block websites that offer gambling without a Polish licence. Blocked sites are unlicensed; playing on them is already in a legal grey area in Poland. The block is implemented at the network level, so from a normal Polish connection the site does not load or is redirected. The aim is to limit access to unlicensed operators and direct players to the legal offer (Totalizator Sportowy for casino).

Trying to bypass the block (e.g. via VPN, proxy, or DNS changes) does not make the site legal. You would still be using an unlicensed operator. In addition, bypassing can conflict with Polish law on circumventing technical measures or with your ISP’s terms of use. We do not recommend it.
